Our system feeds 100% green electricity from renewable sources such as wind, sun, water and biomass directly into the grid. Unlike electricity generated from coal, oil or gas, this process produces no CO₂ – our electricity is emission-free and thus actively contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gases. All our fixed-price plans offer you maximum predictability. Prices are fixed for 12 months and the contract term is 12 or 24 months with one month's notice required before the end of the contract. New customers currently benefit from attractive bonuses, depending on the tariff, with Öko Basis or Öko KlimaPlus (OK Power seal of approval).
DYNAMIC PLAN
With our dynamic plans, your electricity price adapts to fluctuations on the electricity exchange. Monthly term and flexible contract renewal. You decide for yourself when electricity consumption is particularly worthwhile and can use energy exactly when it is cheapest. This allows you to control your consumption flexibly and reduce your costs in a targeted manner.
HEAT PUMP PLAN
This plan is specially designed for households with heat pumps and offers 100% green electricity from renewable energies. With a monthly term, flexible renewal, full cost control and sustainable heating without a long-term commitment.

Where can I enter my meter reading?
You have two options:
By email: Just reply to our message with your current meter reading.
In the customer portal: There you can enter your meter reading directly online. You can find the link in our email communication or here in the portal.
How do I log in to the customer portal if I have forgotten my password?
You will receive an email from us with a Link to reset your password.
Please note: The link is only valid for 24 hours.
Here's how you go about it: Open the link from the email. Follow the instructions on the page to set your password. If the link doesn't work, copy it manually into your browser's address bar.
What is a Malo ID and where can I find it?
Die Malo ID Is a 11-digit number, which clearly identifies your point of consumption in the energy market.
It is different from the meter number and is assigned by the network operator.
You can find them:
- in your last Electricity bill,
- at responsible network operator,
- or with Landlord or Property Management (When moving in again).
As soon as you have given us your Malo ID, we will restart your registration and take care of everything else.
When will I receive my final invoice?
About 6 weeks after the cancellation date You will receive your final invoice. Please note that the processing time may be extended in individual cases as we have to wait for data from third parties (e.g. network operators). We ask for your understanding and patience.
What is the best way for me to contact customer service?
Our customer service department processes all inquiries via email or via the customer portal. Just reply to our last email or send us your request. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
