Our system feeds 100% green electricity from renewable sources such as wind, sun, water and biomass directly into the grid. Unlike electricity generated from coal, oil or gas, this process produces no CO₂ – our electricity is emission-free and thus actively contributes to the reduction of greenhouse gases. Because our sources are inexhaustible, they form the basis for a long-term and crisis-proof energy supply.
But we are thinking even further ahead: we are building an energy system that becomes stronger with every use. FIXED PRICE PLAN
All our fixed-price plans offer you maximum predictability. Prices are fixed for 12 months and the contract term is 12 or 24 months with one month's notice required before the end of the contract. New customers currently benefit from attractive bonuses, depending on the tariff, with Öko Basis or Öko KlimaPlus (OK Power seal of approval).
DYNAMIC PLAN
Our dynamic tariff adjusts your electricity price in real time based on the energy exchange. This way, you can use electricity exactly when it’s cheapest.
Important: Only 3% of households in Germany have a smart meter. While dynamic tariffs are technically possible, they don’t offer any real benefit without this technology. If you have a dynamic tariff but don’t have a smart meter, unfortunately you won’t be able to take advantage of the potential benefits.
HEAT PUMP PLAN
This plan is specially designed for households with heat pumps and offers 100% green electricity from renewable energies. With a monthly term, flexible renewal, full cost control and sustainable heating without a long-term commitment.

How do I log in to the customer portal if I have forgotten my password?
From now on, you can access our customer portal directly in the PLAN-B Neo app.
There, you can sign in with the email address linked to your PLAN-B account and conveniently manage everything related to your contract:
- Adjust your monthly payment (instalment)
- Download invoices
- Submit a meter reading
- Manage your personal details
What is a Malo ID and where can I find it?
The MaLo-ID is an 11-digit number that uniquely identifies your consumption point in the German energy market. It is different from your meter number and is assigned by your network operator.
You can find it:
- On your latest electricity bill
- Through your local network operator
- From your landlord or property management (when moving into a new home)

When will I receive my final invoice?
About 6 weeks after the cancellation date You will receive your final invoice. Please note that the processing time may be extended in individual cases as we have to wait for data from third parties (e.g. network operators). We ask for your understanding and patience.
What is the best way for me to contact customer service?
You can find our customer service directly in the PLAN-B NEO app. From now on, invoices, contracts, and additional self-service features are available for you in our app.
