Our system feeds 100% green electricity from renewable sources such as wind, sun, water and biomass directly into the grid. Where can I enter my meter reading?
In the app: Simply update your meter reading in our PLAN-B Neo app.
On our website: You can also enter your meter reading online.
How do I log in to the customer portal if I have forgotten my password?
From now on, you can access our customer portal directly in the PLAN-B Neo app.
There, you can sign in with the email address linked to your PLAN-B account and conveniently manage everything related to your contract:
- Adjust your monthly payment (instalment)
- Download invoices
- Submit a meter reading
- Manage your personal details
What is a Malo ID and where can I find it?
The MaLo-ID is an 11-digit number that uniquely identifies your consumption point in the German energy market. It is different from your meter number and is assigned by your network operator.
You can find it:
- On your latest electricity bill
- Through your local network operator
- From your landlord or property management (when moving into a new home)

When will I receive my final invoice?
About 6 weeks after the cancellation date You will receive your final invoice. Please note that the processing time may be extended in individual cases as we have to wait for data from third parties (e.g. network operators). We ask for your understanding and patience.
What is the best way for me to contact customer service?
You can find our customer service directly in the PLAN-B NEO app. From now on, invoices, contracts, and additional self-service features are available for you in our app.
